One of the largest global telecommunications/wireless companies was evaluating their tech organization in efforts to optimize their business processes.
The client identified that they were utilizing the majority of their tech resources in supporting the business with day-to-day administrative operations rather than to deliver impactful business solutions.
To kickstart their journey, a new EVP in Technology was brought on board to build a brand new data warehouse that was going to provide business intelligence reporting that would drive value within the business. The mindset was to use the data collected as a differentiator for the business to utilize as a key decision maker. With the scope of the project, there was an eminent need to generate a team for the reporting and BI build of these systems.

We curated and onboarded 22 contractors made up of Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA’s, Developers and more were filled by Curate. The team was able to deliver the project on time, with minimal guidance while staying within the allocated budget.
