About Dan
Dan has over 23 years of experience in the human capital space, having served as the President of the US division of the world’s second largest staffing company from 2008-2013. Previous to that, he was CEO of Sapphire Technologies North America from 2002-2008, taking the company from $200 million to over $500 million during this period. Sapphire Technologies was voted a Best Places to Work 6 consecutive years under Dan’s leadership. Believing strongly in giving back to the community, Foley was awarded the Franklin Delano Roosevelt award in 2011 by the March of Dimes for all his charitable work. Dan also sits on the Advisory Council for the Home Base program, a collaboration between the Boston Red Sox and Massachusetts General Hospital which helps returning veterans deal with the invisible wounds of war, including TBI and PTSD. Dan graduated from Boston College with a BA in English.

What would you buy if you won the lottery?
First thing I would buy is a Sportfishing boat.
What is your personal motto or favorite quote?
“To whom much is given, much is expected”
What is the coolest thing you've ever done?
Coolest thing I have ever done is be a Dad—and starting a company.
One person you would like to see in concert?
One person I’d like to see in concert would be my son Coleman, an aspiring musician.

About Ron
Ron has over 20 years of experience managing key back office support departments including tax, internal audit, risk management, benefits, legal, human resources, IT, accounting, treasury, accounts payable, internal payroll, procurement, M&A, real estate, and credit and collections. Ron began his career as a practicing Certified Public Accountant. He then moved into private industry and worked his way up to the position of CFO for the US division of the world’s second largest staffing company. As CFO, Ron played a leading role in the acquisition and integration of nine companies and the sale of two companies. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science, Accountancy degree and a Master of Science, Taxation degree from Bentley University.
What do you get on your pizza?
Always pepperoni.
If you could go anywhere for vacation, where would it be?
Lake Cuomo, Italy.
What is the coolest thing you've ever done?
Attended Super Bowl XXXVI where the Patriots beat the Rams.
What is your favorite quote or personal motto?

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
2 houses; one for each of my daughters.

Sean has over 17 years of technology recruiting experience, having served as SVP for the 2nd largest Technology Staffing firm in the world for Eastern and National Strategic Organizations. With P&L responsibility of over $600 million, Sean was instrumental in building enterprise and mid-market strategies that produced consistent results. Sean also enjoys coaching his children’s youth sports in his free time.
What is your hidden talent?
If I told you it wouldn’t be hidden.
If you could be any animal, what would it be?
A bird – so I could fly.
What was your best Halloween costume?
I like dressing up as monsters and scaring my kids.
What is the coolest thing you've ever done?
Run through the streets of San Francisco to The Golden Gate Bridge with my wife – great way to see the city.  We had to walk home!

Chris White is Managing Partner of Business Development at Curate Partners. Chris has responsibility for our client experience including strategy, segmentation, quality processes, and growth. Chris has 14 years of experience having worked for the 2nd largest Technology staffing firm in the world for 14 years before starting at Curate. Chris started his career as a local recruiter in the Boston area and became the #1 Account Manager in the company.

Mike Giglio is Managing Partner of Recruiting here at Curate Partners. In this role, Mike is responsible for our candidate experience including strategy, quality, communications, referral programs, and segmentation. Mike has 13 years of experience in the IT recruitment industry. Previously, he was with the worlds second largest IT staffing company, where he was the top recruiter 7 out of 10 years, including making Presidents Club for top performance every year while there.

I can wiggle my ears.

I keep it simple; just cheese.
If you could go on vacation anywhere, where would it be?
It would have to be anywhere in Italy.

First thing I’m doing is hiring a personal chef.

About Nancy
Nancy is from Stoneham, MA and earned a BS in Mathematics from Tufts University. She worked as an Operations Research Analyst at the US Army Natick Research, Development and Engineering Center for 14 years before leaving to raise a family. She was the Treasurer of a condo association for ten years. Nancy volunteered part time for 18 months in the Development and Marketing office at EMARC, a non-profit agency that provides services and support for developmentally disabled individuals. In May 2015, she joined the Curate Partners Operations team.
What do you get on your pizza?
Eggplant.
What is the coolest thing you've ever done?
I went parasailing in Hawaii.
What is your personal motto or favorite quote?
“Everything happens for a reason.”
What is the first thing you'd buy if you won the lottery?
I’d hire a personal stylist to buy all my clothes, shoes, and accessories. Then, I would buy Ron his Cigarette boat, with a set of earplugs for me!

About Karen
Karen grew up in Massachusetts and studied at Assumption College in Worcester, MA where she majored in Psychology and played soccer for 4 years. After living in Boston, she made her way to San Diego- where she lived and explored for 3 years. “As much as I loved the water and sun- the east coast is my home so I headed back to Boston where I began my journey in Talent Acquisition. It’s been 10 years, I truly love what I do and wouldn’t change a thing!”

Going to a show at the Moulin Rouge in Paris was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. It was like stepping into a time machine – an absolutely incredible show.

Johnny is from Stoneham, MA and got his Bachelors degree in communication from Sacred Heart University. Fortunately, his professional background consists of all Staffing experience. His older sister introduced him to this industry about 5 years ago when he graduated high school and began to work with her throughout his college years. Now he is happy to be working in the technology sector of Boston, with a team of industry leaders, continuously learning from them each day. Besides his profession, he is a huge car enthusiast! I would be a black jaguar.

If I could go on a vacation anywhere it would be Monaco. The car scene over there is next level.

If I could meet anyone in History, it would probably be Karl Benz. He was a vital component to the world of cars and I would love to pick his brain on his vision of the automobile in the future. Especially knowing how technology has rapidly changed this industry since the beginning.

“Anything worth having is worth working for.”
What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
The first thing I would buy if I won the lottery would be a huge garage where I could begin collecting cars.
