Business Analyst – Marketing Analytics

This position is responsible for the administration and development of Marketing Systems used throughout the enterprise. This individual will have a wide range of responsibilities which includes serving as the subject matter expert for sales and marketing related technologies, analyzing/designing/developing enhancements to these technologies, working with multiple software vendors and internal clients to manage/implement upgrades, training users on these systems, and creating & modifying system / process documentation. The individual must be comfortable working in a high volume, quick turn around environment. The position may also be required occasional off-hours (morning and weekend) support, mostly by phone.

Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as resource for marketing and sales technologies implemented across multiple departments.
Work with various departments to collect requirements and provide business analysis for new initiatives
Manage multiple projects associated with new sales and marketing implementations or releases
Responsible for maintaining documentation library which includes system/process documentation, end user “how-to” guides, and providing the foundation documentation regarding business rules governing use of the systems and related data.
Responsible for the procedures, documentation, and training of system administrator/night operator/technical support staff in order to insure early morning systems checks, escalation procedures, and system stability/support.
Work closely with other members of Sales and Marketing Systems team with testing, QC, and release management of all reporting requests among multiple systems
